Pet Policy

We are pet friendly! Dogs and cats are welcome! Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet.

• Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
• Weight of 2 pets combined - Max 75 lbs. 
• Pet deposit is nonrefundable, $300 per pet
• Pet rent is $20 per pet
